Easy to approve. Easy to buy. Somebody to call.
What your IT and purchasing colleagues ask before a PO, answered here. Nothing on this page needs a meeting; if you want one anyway, the person to call is at the bottom.
It is a Microsoft PowerPoint add in. It runs on the user's own Windows machine, reads the source with the user's own credentials, and uploads nothing. There is no INSYNCR server in the path.
Nothing leaves the building.
INSYNCR runs inside PowerPoint on the user's machine and reads the sources your team already has access to. There is no INSYNCR cloud and no copy of your data anywhere else.
A tab in PowerPoint, on the PC
The add in installs in five minutes and appears as a tab in the ribbon. It does its work where PowerPoint does its work.
Each source, with the user's own access
Excel, SharePoint, SQL Server, Salesforce and the rest are opened with the permissions the user already has. INSYNCR adds none and stores none.
PowerPoint, PDF and MP4, saved where you save
Generated files land in the folder PowerPoint saves to, on your network or your desktop. Nothing is sent to us.
Office 2016 and later, on Windows.
The VPAT, and what it covers.
Voluntary Product Accessibility Template
The VPAT covers the add in's own ribbon, panes and dialogs. The slides you produce inherit PowerPoint's accessibility features, including alt text and reading order, because they are ordinary PowerPoint files.
The VPAT is completed against the current release on request, for the standard your procurement names (WCAG 2.1 AA, Section 508, EN 301 549). Ask for it on the quote request and it comes back with the quote.
Per user. Two roles. Annual or monthly.
Builds and controls the links
The analyst who connects slides to data. One Automator license per person who builds. Starter, Business or Professional, depending on the data sources they need.
Opens, refreshes and views
Everyone who reads or refreshes a deck an Automator built. €27 a month, billed annually or €39 a month, billed monthly per person. A Viewer needs at least one Automator license in the team.
Card, invoice or purchase order.
- A quote with a number, per seat and in total, in EUR (USD, GBP or CAD on request).
- The IT summary and the VPAT attached, so the same email can go to IT and purchasing.
- The keys by email the day the PO or payment arrives.
Most teams try it first. A trial on any plan is full access for 7 days; the quote can follow.

The four questions every IT ticket asks
Where does the data go?
Nowhere. INSYNCR runs inside PowerPoint on the user's machine and reads sources with that user's credentials. No INSYNCR cloud, no copy stored elsewhere.
Which Office and Windows versions are supported?
Office 2016 and later on Windows 10 and 11; Windows Server 2012 through 2025 for shared and virtual desktops. Not the browser version of PowerPoint.
How is it licensed?
Per named user. Automator licenses (Starter, Business, Professional) for people who build the links; Viewer licenses for people who open and refresh. Annual or monthly.
Can we pay by purchase order?
Yes. Card through Stripe on the site, invoice and wire transfer from 10 licenses, and purchase orders against a quote number at any size. Order direct by card, by invoice from ten licences, or on a purchase order at any size.
Write to info@insyncr.com and we come back to you.
