Questions about Business
How many documents can it generate in one run?
There is no limit in the license and no cost per document. Customers run hundreds in a pass; one published story generates 55 company scorecards from one template.
Can the files be named from the data?
Yes. The file name is built from the record, so each one arrives called the right thing rather than needing renaming afterwards.
Does every reader need a license?
Only to refresh or generate. Sending the finished files needs nothing at all. A Viewer seat is for the colleague who wants to press Refresh themselves.
