Eight capabilities have shipped since version 1.1.0, among them faster Snapshot generation, exporting a snapshot straight to JPG or PNG, driving a text box's bold, font, size and colour from a column, and reading a text file from a URL. Which plans carry them is not published, so they are not in the table above. What changed in each version.

Licenses are counted at the annual Automator plan that matches your data source, plus a Viewer seat for each reader. Setup hours are charged to year one only; every year after that is cheaper than the figure above.

INSYNCR is not the cheapest seat on this page and does not claim to be: a Power BI or Tableau seat is a dashboard somebody logs in to, and somebody still has to build the deck. Is there a free trial on every plan?
Yes. 7 days, full access to the plan you pick, no credit card. When it ends nothing is charged; you pick a plan or stop.
What is the difference between Automator and Viewer?
An Automator (Starter, Business or Professional) builds and controls the data links. A Viewer opens, refreshes and generates a deck an Automator built. A Viewer needs one Automator license in the team; most teams have one or two Automators and many Viewers.
Which plan do I need?
It follows the data source. Excel and Excel Online: Starter. SharePoint, Google Sheets, Access, JSON, XML, MySQL, plus Snapshot Save As, grouping, conditional formatting, filtering and mail merge: Business. SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Oracle, Salesforce, Dynamics, ODBC, OData, OPC, the QR generator and the command line tool: Professional.
Can we pay by invoice or purchase order?
Card through Stripe on the site. Invoice and wire transfer from 10 licenses. Purchase orders against a quote number at any size; ask on the For IT page. Order direct by card, by invoice from ten licences, or on a purchase order at any size.
Are prices in other currencies?
List prices are set in euros and you are charged in euros. The switcher also shows USD, GBP, INR and CAD, converted at the European Central Bank reference rate as a guide, so those figures move with the rate. A quote can be issued in USD, GBP or CAD at the rate on the day it is written.
What happens at renewal?
Annual licenses renew on the anniversary. PO customers receive the renewal quote 60 days before; card customers get a reminder. Monthly licenses can stop at any month end.
