Where does patient or member data go?
Nowhere. The add in reads the source on the user's PC and writes the slide. There is no upload, no INSYNCR server and no copy stored by us.
Does it work on a locked down or virtual desktop?
Yes. Windows 10 and 11 and Windows Server 2012 to 2025 are supported; licenses follow the user, and rebuilt desktops can be set up per session.
