Optional filter option on Textbox and Picture Shapes
For some reports, people are linking shapes to the data of a given row of their dataset. E.g., they link a textbox or shape to row number 84 because they need to show that specific piece of information. But data lives on, and maybe that row number 84 will be repositioned to row 87 when another user adds data rows before line or row 84. To avoid that linking update, we have added a new filter option that lets you further refine your data. Instead of linking here to row number 84, you set the row number to 1 and set the data filter e.g. to MachineName = ‘packaging machine 12’. With this new filter, you never have to change the row number linking where rows are added to the dataset. With this new filter, we add a great option to our plugin again.
